65 years, German, business man, investing my money in projects for giving incentives to forgotten places and villages with rich historical, natural and human resources. The old baking house is the first step of many following steps to save wonderful historical buildings in the forgotten Maranzana village and to develop a smooth and positive tourism which helps the village and the surrounding villages to give more options for young families to stay and live there. I am convinced that tourists will carry back home very precious impressions and experiences due to the direct contact with local people who are highly motivated to share with you some moments of life in this peaceful place. Christoph Hein purchased this house in 2014
