New loft, located on the 1st floor of an 18th century building, equipped with all the main comforts and elegant finishes. Located in the heart of Palermo, near the church of San Domenico, between the Teatro Massimo and the Cala, a stone's throw from the Vucciria, the place of the Palermo nightlife. Excellent bus connections with the rest of the city and the main terminals: railway station 1.2 km; port at 1.9 km and airport at 31 km (airport bus stop at 150 m).
Adriana is the perfect hostess: a graduate and teacher in chemistry and biology in high schools for over 20 years, she cultivates a passion for the sea, travel and good living. He loves his city and wants to share its beauty
The "Gli Amalfitani" apartment, run by Adriana together with her husband Michele and son Marco, is located in Piazzetta Sant'Andrea, in the heart of the historic center of Palermo, between the monumental church of San Domenico and the Vucciria market. The name of the apartment recalls the ancient history of the district, in particular the period in which a group of Amalfitans arrived in Palermo, who inhabiting this neighborhood in the thirteenth century, built the first of the three churches, on the left side of the square, dedicated to S. Andrea, passed towards the end of the 16th century to the confraternity of the Speziale (or Aromatai), which many shops had in the surrounding area. This area of Palermo is a favorite of our guests, as it is located a stone's throw from the Teatro Massimo and the Cala, the tourist port, a magical place of immeasurable historical monumental beauty and full of clubs where the nightlife of young people takes place Palermo.
