La struttura è localizzata in un luogo strategico a due passi dalla famosa spiaggia della Pelosa ,e dal porto turistico Marina di Stintino dove si concentrano tutti gli imbarchi per la splendida isola dell' Asinara. A pochi minuti a piedi è possibile arrivare al centro storico del borgo turistico di Stintino. La struttura di nuova realizzazione ,offre delle stanze accoglienti di altissima qualità, con verande vista mare sul golfo dell' Asinara provviste di chaise longue per indimenticabili aperitivi al tramonto.
