Romantic, modern and functional, an apartment with terrace on the first floor promenade. The sea is 20 meters away. Outdoor spaces, totally renovated recently, is located on the second floor of a two-story building. Ideal for a holiday at the sea, at the gates of Palermo, we are in Sferracavallo (seaside resort Barcarello), a tourist area with a beautiful beach and a nature reserve, only far 15 minutes from the airport. Nearby you will find many fish restaurants and typical Sicilian venue with beautiful views of the bay. The accommodation is suitable for couples and families (with children), for solo adventurers and for those traveling for work. Comfortable and functional apartment, air conditioning, large terrace and solarium, desk, TV, kitchen with large pantry furniture, bathroom with shower, washing machine, wifi, very quiet and a few minutes walk from the sea bathing. Free parking on the street.
Sferracavallo is located on the north-western side of the coast of Palermo, in the stretch between Capo Gallo and Isola delle Femmine. The village is bounded to the south by the Cape Gallo promontory, which separates it from the northern end of Mondello Bay; and to the north by Mount Billiemi, which delimits the border with the municipality of Torretta. It continues towards the Tyrrhenian Sea.
