The property offers 8 apartments, 2 studios and 2 double rooms, all modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. All units are air-conditioned and feature a private bathroom. The apartments include a double bedroom, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed, bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer and towels, as well as a furnished private terrace. The studios feature a kitchen area, sleeping area and private bathroom, while the double rooms offer a double bed, mini fridge and private bathroom. Guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool with bar, a well-kept garden, a shared inner courtyard and free on-site parking. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Thanks to its quiet location away from traffic, Amurusu Residence is ideal for families, couples and groups, while remaining within easy reach of the sea and local attractions. Some pool loungers may occasionally be available to external guests; however, adequate availability is always guaranteed for residence guests. At certain times, and outside regular opening hours, the pool area may be reserved for private events, subject to availability.
