The kitchen is run by our family together with a team of persons who have been trained by us over the years and believe in our philosophy which is " tradition" and use of our local products but with a watching eye towards research and innovation. All our dishes are cooked with seasonal products of our farm or from near-by farmers. Nothing can be lost beginning from the delicious breakfasts with fresh cakes and biscuits made in-house with local grains and flours, delicious appetizers, the home made pasts or main meat courses or cheese of Nebrodi or fish from the Gulf of Patti. Love, creativity and respect of the local organic products, which have created over the centuries the culture of Sicily, can be tasted in each dish served in Antica Tindari's restaurant. The passion, the imagination is the respect of raw materials that have marked over the years the culture delivering this territory are at the center of each dish offered in the kitchen of Antica Tindari, always in perpetual rediscovery.

Driving uphill from the sea, at the foot of the hill where the famous antique Greek Theatre and Cathedral of Tyndaris are situated you can find the vineyard of Antica Tindari's autochthonous grapes (Malvasia and Inzolia) and the other olive groves; here there is also a breathtaking views of the Gulf of Patti and the Aeolian Islands which seem very close. A few kilometers away from this breathtaking location, behind Etna, surrounded by the hills at 450 meters above sea level is located Antica Tindari's other farm with the vineyards of the "red wines", the winery, the agriturismo, and the ancient olive tree grove. In the middle of this vineyard is situated the old farmhouse, completely restructured but maintaining the original style of the stone country house. In this structure there a 4 comfortable, spacious and clean rooms in which you can relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the vineyard, olive grove and surrounding green hills. You can also enjoy a variety of dishes cooked with products grown on the farm. Near Antica Tindari's farm there are many famous tourist attractions such as: the beaches of the Gulf of Patti, the salt lakes of Marinello and Nebrodi Park. Tindari was situated on a bold and lofty hill standing out as a promontory into the spacious bay of the Tyrrhenian Sea bounded by the Punta di Milazzo on the east, and the Capo Calavà on the west. The most important attraction in Tindari is the Black Virgin of Tindari Santuary, another major monument in Tindari is the theatre, built in Greek times. The Aeolian Islands in Italian Isole Eolie, are a volcanic archipelago in the Tyrrhenian Sea north of Sicily. There are frequent car ferries and much quicker hydrofoils from Milazzo half an hour away from Patti. Eolie islands are a popular tourist destination in the summer, and attract a lot of visitors annually, apart from the amazing scenery, history, culture, and climate, the islands also offer a whole host of more specific attractions to suit every taste.
