The Antico Borgo Casalappi is an authentic village of 900 completely renovated maintaining the original atmosphere. You will find the silence of time, the breeze that always accompanies our summers, the friendliness of our team, the comfort of equipped apartments, the pleasure of swimming and tennis in a panoramic position overlookingcountryside. When you walk through the country road, surrounded by vineyards, which takes you to our village you will feel you are far from the world, in another time, another dimension. Yet we are 10 minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches of Tuscany and 3 km from all services. Antico Borgo Casalappi is a unique place, not a holiday home , not a tourist village. You will not find a bar or a restaurant inside but we will suggest one for each evening, just one step away from us; you will not find entertainment for you or your children but you will have a play area to play with them, bicycles to discover our enchanting surroundings. If you are looking for a Tuscan-style holiday, discovering places, beaches, scents, landscapes, silences, Antico Borgo Casalappi is the right place for you.

the Antico Borgo Casalappi is immersed in the splendid setting of the Val di Cornia, between the Maremma and the Etruscan Coast, where the hills are covered with vineyards and sunflower fields and the beaches are wery well known for their beauty. We are in a central position between the sea and medieval villages: within a few (8) kilometers you have the beaches of the natural park of Sterpaia and those of Baratti rather than hamlets of incomparable beauty such as Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima, Massa Marittima. Located along the wine road, we are immersed in the vineyards of large wineries such as Banfi, Petra and many others that you can discover with tastings on site. From spring to autumn there are festivals, events and medieval festivals: after two weeks you will discover that there is still much to discover
