Slow down, breathe and let the hills do the talking. Our flat is located in a quiet, scenic spot where the mountains meet the sky, perfect for long walks, memorable sunsets and mornings spent admiring the view with a hot drink. Hikers will appreciate the nearby trails and scenic routes; the beautiful Marmore Falls are about a 20-minute drive away, as is the tranquil Lake Piediluco. History -enthusiasts can explore the medieval villages along the ancient Via Francigena, including Narni and Stroncone. We offer two separate rooms: The “Green” flat is a real gem! Two rooms and two windows framing a breathtaking panoramic view. The ‘Orange’ apartment, on the other hand, is an oasis of tranquillity: a large room with high ceilings, less bright but still cosy (open- space style), with a private terrace at the rear, equipped with a washing machine and outdoor table. Perfect for those who want a little privacy (see photo). As for heating, the ‘Green’ apartment has natural gas heating, while the ‘Orange’ apartment has wood heating provided by us. Guests of both the ‘Green’ and ‘Orange’ rooms have access to a gazebo in the outdoor area, where you can enjoy relaxing moments in the summer. We value privacy and tranquillity: this is a space to recharge both mind and body. For a touch of local color, Fernando has a painting studio and offers a creative mini-course, alovely way to take home something you made. (We’ll share details on arrival.)

My wife, Silvia, and me, Fernando are a simple Italian family living in a small antique country house. We have one lovely dog and 3 cute cats that accompany as day by day and surely have a open heart for you in case you like animals. We can give you a little tour of our chickens and ducks that are living on our farm, which especially childreen always find exciting.
