Apartment inside a former Ancient Water Mill completely renovated. A historic rural structure characterized by stone walls and wooden gears where flour was once produced. The spacious apartment has retained the historic stone style with long ship beams placed under the ceiling and slate niches. A unique spectacle where time has stood still, offering absolute peace and relaxation with a large terrace and ample parking available.
L'appartamento è situato al 1 ed ultimo piano ed è composto da due camere da letto matrimoniale, di cui una con due letti singoli, una cameretta con un letto singolo, un divano letto matrimoniale. Cucina componibile spettacolare con un tavolo in legno massiccio con sedie. Un salone di 25 mq con camino, stufa a pellet, un divano ed altri mobili antichi. Un solo bagno con vasca e doccia. Un terrazzo di 22 mq esposto al sole con un tavolo allungabile di alluminio e sedie nuovo. OGNI OSPITE HA A DISPOSIZIONE UN TELO LUNGO SPUGNA PER LA DOCCIA E UN TELO PER IL VISO. Dista dal mare 2 km e a 800 mt dalla pista ciclabile. Durante il periodo invernale il costo del riscaldamento è escluso.
Piani di Imperia is a small village located in Porto Maurizio, Imperia, 1.8 km from the sea and entirely on flat ground. The cycling path is 800 meters away and connects to the main one. By the seaside, there are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, bars, and a bakery. Worth visiting are the Carli oil emporium and museum, Sanremo (25 km away), Alassio, Monte Carlo (in 30 minutes), and Nice. Inside the area, there are charming towns such as Pieve di Teco, Dolcedo, Dolceacqua, and many others. The roads are excellent.
