The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building in the heart of L'Aquila, 20 meters from Piazza del Duomo. It is completely renovated and furnished, comprising an entrance hall, a full bathroom with shower, a living area with kitchenette, and a large bedroom with a double bed and a sofa, which can be used as an extra bed (140x200 cm) for the 3rd and 4th guests. Babies aged 0 to 2 years old stay free of charge in their parents' double bed. The kitchenette must be left clean when used.

We are passionate about art and architecture in general. We love welcoming guests and introducing them to the beauty, monuments, and history of our city and the surrounding area. Upon request, we organize walking tours of the historic center, allowing you to explore the city's main attractions. In our apartment, you'll always find herbal teas, tea, and water available for a quick refreshment or a moment of relaxation.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, 20 meters from Piazza del Duomo. The main monuments and places of cultural, historical, and tourist interest are just a few minutes' walk away.
