The apartment is located on the third floor of an apartment building, is an attic and as such part of the roof is pitched and therefore lower. (see photo gallery). It should be noted that the apartment building has an elevator but it goes up to the second floor , to reach the apartment there are two flights of stairs (about 20 steps).
