Apartment - Ground Floor: The apartment is on a mezzanine floor where a small balcony will guide you inside the newly renovated accommodation, in fact it features modern and elegant furnishings, such as the splendid modular kitchen, with its dining room with sofa- bed with flat screen TV. A hallway will guide you to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the remaining double with two single beds. Everything is served by a bathroom with all amenities including bidet, sink and shower cubicle. Two-Bedroom Apartment: Access to the apartment is via a spiral staircase. A small balcony will guide you inside the accommodation, which consists of a dining room and living area with sofa bed. From here you reach the kitchenette with an equipped kitchen and a hallway, which leads to the sleeping area. The latter has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the remaining double with two single beds. Everything is served by a bathroom with all the services. Furthermore, a practical balcony will ensure you can have lunch or dinner in total tranquility outside. Standard Apartment: The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via a spiral staircase. A small balcony will guide you inside the accommodation, which has a living area furnished with a dining room and kitchenette. From here a hallway will guide you to the sleeping area, characterized by two bedrooms, one of which is double and the remaining with two single beds. Everything is served by a bathroom complete with all services. A private balcony is for the use of guests, who will be able to enjoy lunches or dinners in total tranquility.
