The building is located near to the town center, in front of the city hall and close to bars, restaurants, bus and skibus stop, grocery store, post office and pharmacy. We own a private 2000 square meters garden for kids and dogs located only 100 meters form the house. The ski slopes are one kilometer away but easily reachable by ski-bus. All the most requested comforts are present and included in the price such as: guarded parking, secure storage for your bike or ski equipment, flat screen TV, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine (not in the apartment and on request),free wi-fi (fiber 200 Mbps), clothesline, ski and bike deposit, ski-boots dryer, towels and bed linen (only if requested and not included in the price). Now we have the pleasure to offer an exclusive sauna experience with our new barrel sauna which provides extreme relax after a long and exhausting day on the snow.

Fai della Paganella is located in the Dolomites, on the slopes of Mount Fausior and near Mount Paganella. The town is 7 kilometers from Andalo and 32 kilometers from Trento. The place is very quiet, surrounded by nature but there are also attractions for the whole family such as "Paganella Amusement Park" which is open all winter and together with the ski slopes attracts snow lovers. In spring and summer the climate is awesome, the astounding nature offers relaxing and invigorating walks and nature trails. Surrounded by beech trees, from which the town takes its name, you feel reborn. For those who love fun and adrenaline in Paganella there are numerous Downhill routes.
