VERDE ACQUA is an ancient residence protected by fine arts recently renovated. This elegant accommodation is located in Valcanover, a small and characteristic village surrounded by greenery which offers an exclusive view of Lake Caldonazzo. The house, and in particular the accommodation, have kept the pre-existing structure unchanged and in fact at the top of the stone staircase, in the entrance loggia, there is an ancient stoup set in the wall and a stone three-light window from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view that ranges from the lake to the Panarotta mountain and the Lagorai chain. In a few minutes on foot you can reach Valcanover beach, the supermarket, restaurants and trendy clubs in the area. It is ideal for those who want to spend a holiday in a cool place a stone's throw from nature and in fact from here you can take various mountain paths or the cycle path that runs along the lakes of Caldonazzo and Levico and runs through the valley along the river. The two apartments, VERDE and ACQUA, have unique characteristics. The ACQUA apartment is located on the first floor and has been structured as a large open space to keep its very particular architectural characteristics unaltered. The vaulted ceiling frames the living area with sofa, TV and bookcase, the sleeping area where you will find a very comfortable queen size bed and the dining area equipped with all the comforts for a long or short stay. The apartment is completed by a modern bathroom with window and large shower. The VERDE apartment is located on the second floor and consists of an entrance hall, complete bathroom with window, living area and bedroom. The living area is equipped with a dining table, sofa bed, TV and everything you might need for a long or short holiday. The bedroom is very spacious and is furnished with a comfortable wardrobe, double bed and a sofa to relax in, the window with a panoramic view overlooks the ancient fresco of the house.

Chiara and I have just renovated this magnificent house, we fell in love with it at first sight, and now we are ready to host you! In life I deal with music and art, the paintings you will see displayed in the apartments are some of my works, while Chiara teaches mathematics and physics in a high school in Trento.

Lake Caldonazzo is a real natural gym, ideal for practicing various sports such as sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, rowing and diving, it is also the only lake in the region where it is possible to practice water skiing . In the summer it often hosts sporting events with national and international athletes. Those who are passionate about fishing will find a great variety of fish such as trout, rudd, carp, sunfish and tench. Also in 2023, Lake Caldonazzo was awarded the important Blue Flag award for the healthiness of the water, attention to the environment and sustainable services. Among the things to see on Lake Caldonazzo we have the ancient village of Caldonazzo which winds the streets of its historic center around the Magnifica Corte (also known as Corte Trapp), a 13th century fortress house that the Trapp counts rebuilt between 400 and 500 , and to the large church of S. Sisto. Also unmissable is a visit to Levico Terme with its beautiful Habsburg Park, which recalls the imperial splendor of Sissi and Franz Joseph, its pedestrian street full of shops and the spa park. Among the other things that can be done in the surroundings of Lake Caldonazzo, we have trekking to Pizzo di Levico, excursion to Cima Panarotta, the Ponte dell'Orco in Ospedaletto, Lake Cima d'Asta, walks on the Lagorai, a visit to the Valle dei Mocheni, and the cities of Trento and Rovereto.
