Each apartment consists of: 2 bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchenette, , a bathroom with shower, exclusive outdoor area (balcony or garden 15 sqm). They are spacious (minimum 85 sqm), bright and comfortable. --- The first supply of bed linen and towels is free of charge. --- Air conditioning: individually controlled, included in the price of the flat from 5 June to 5 September. --- The car park inside the property and part of the garden area and olive grove are available to all guests. ---The minimum stay from June to September is usually 6 nights (check-in and check-out are on Saturdays and/or Sundays). However, for stays longer than 9 nights, from June to September, it is also possible to arrive or depart on Thursdays.. --- Discounts available if you book stays for several nights. --- At the nearby Caravel hotel (one kilometer - to be covered ONLY ON FOOT given the limited number of available parking spaces) you can use the 2 SWIMMING POOLS free of charge (the pool upstream is always heated to 27 degrees), both surrounded by terraces, furnished with deckchairs with mattresses and umbrellas. A bar is located by the pool. At midday, in the lower pool, you can have lunch in the garden. ---Buffet breakfast: available from 18 April to 10 October at a nearby hotel (100 metres away), from 7.30 am to 9.30 am, 10eu a person.

The property is situated in an olive grove. Distances: 1.200 metres from the village (15 minutes’ walk); 900 metres from the beach (10 minutes’ walk); 500 metres from the ‘Conad’ supermarket (7 minutes’ walk); 100 metres from a restaurant/pizzeria; elevation difference from Lake Garda: 60 metres.
