A beautiful ground-floor apartment designed for families and small groups who want to experience Aprica while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of San Pietro. It accommodates up to 5 people, welcomes pets, and offers two rare features for the area: a private garden and a private garage. The ski slopes, Aprica town center, and supermarkets are just a 2-minute drive away.
What I appreciate most about hospitality is the opportunity to make every guest feel welcome and at ease from the moment they arrive. I enjoy taking care of the home and its spaces, paying attention to cleanliness, comfort, and the little details that can make a stay easier and more enjoyable. I am always happy to provide useful information and recommendations about the area, while respecting my guests' privacy and independence. My goal is for everyone who stays here to feel right at home and take away fond memories of their experience.
San Pietro is a peaceful base just outside Aprica: skiing in winter; hiking, mountain biking, Pian di Gembro, and alpine passes in summer. The private garage makes getting around and returning home easy in any season.
