The property is on the basement level of a two-story villa; windows allow natural light to enter, creating a bright and cool space, perfect for Sardinian summers. The interior covers 75 sqm within a 200 sqm plot featuring a fully fenced, shared garden. The accommodation offers 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds, for a total of 4 guests. The private bathroom has a shower. The private kitchen is equipped for meal preparation. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, bed linen, and towels. A smoke detector is provided. Outside, you can enjoy a shared outdoor pool (20x20 m, 1.20 m deep) and a garden. Free public street parking is available.
