Located on the first floor of a charming building with 7 units, the apartment consists of an independent entrance with access from a private balcony, a bright living-dining room, a well-equipped small kitchen (featuring induction hob plates), a spacious master bedroom with ample wardrobe space and a French door leading to the terrace, a room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower. For children up to 2 years old, a portable crib is available and will be placed in the master bedroom if a tiny guest is staying. The long "L"-shaped terrace on the south and west sides allows you to admire the Tofane, Cinque Torri, Croda da Lago and more, making it an ideal place to unwind after a day of hiking. Access to the property is via a private road shielded from traffic noise. The covered parking space is private and located in the underground garage; in front of the parking space, there is also an exclusive ski storage cabinet.
