The Dalia and Aster apartments are located just 50 meters from the main street. Recently built, they are located on the third and top floor of an elegant residential complex served by a lift. The rooms, bright and with attention to detail, are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning and free Wi-Fi connection in all spaces. The large bedrooms offer a pleasant panoramic view, ideal for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and everything you need to feel at home. The living room has a TV, while the bathroom is complete with a large shower cubicle and washing machine. To ensure maximum comfort and maximum safety, the apartments are equipped with electric shutters, video intercom and double armored door. A free parking space is also available in the private courtyard. The location is one of the main strengths of the structure: right in front you will find a supermarket and the renowned Trattoria dei Sognatori, as well as bars, pizzerias and restaurants within a few steps. During your stay you can forget the car and enjoy your holiday in total tranquility. The main transport services are also easily reachable on foot: the train station, bus stops and taxi service are located just a few minutes from the property. For those who want to explore the surroundings in a practical and sustainable way, a bicycle rental service is also available in the immediate vicinity.

If you arrive by car, you can reach the property without any worries, although the area is subject to traffic restrictions during the evening hours. You don't need to send me any documents before your arrival. Once you arrive, simply send me a photo of your vehicle registration document within 72 hours of your arrival. I will personally notify the municipality of your transit to avoid any fines. This way, you can focus on enjoying your stay; I'll take care of the rest.
