The building is part of an ancient stone building complex, which until the early 1900s included the Convent and Church of Sant'Agata, which were subsequently demolished (see photo). From the balcony overlooking Via V. Emanuele, opposite the municipal library, 100 meters from the apartment, you can see the view. From the Aragonese Castle and the Church of St. Anna, you can witness all the religious, folkloric, and artistic events (religious processions of the Diocese of Piazza Armerina, the Norman Palio parades, etc.). It is also close to Piazza Duomo and Piazza Garibaldi. The historic building is self-contained; upon request, parking is available in the attached garage for an additional fee of EURO15.
