Beautiful, comfortable apartment, finely furnished in shades of turquoise, in the historic center of the city of La Maddalena, the ideal place both to enjoy the lively city life and for an intimate and welcoming holiday. A palm away from all the services and the typical Sardinian boutiques, as well as a two-minute walk (200 meters) from the characteristic tourist port of Cala Gavetta, the house, equipped with every comfort, is composed of: living room with comfortable double sofa bed,A/K fully equipped with induction plate and oven, bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with balcony. It also has a terrace for exclusive use, accessible from inside the apartment with a view over the rooftops of the center and a pleasant glimpse of the sea; an equipped and livable outdoor space, a rarity in the center, where you can enjoy moments of relaxation and conviviality! Last but not least, the apartment has a large and convenient parking with assigned parking space, an indisputable comfort, not only to carry out loading and unloading operations, but to be able to freely use the car without parking problems.

We created "La Terrazza" in 2021 following the positive experience of tourist hospitality in La Maddalena with "Panoramic apartment ... with window on the sea". We live inLa Maddalena, we love this island and for this reason we wanted to share our passion with all the guests who, staying in our facilities, will want to know this corner of paradise. La Maddalena, a tourist town whose historic center is animated by ancient and elegant shops and typical restaurants, but which enchants visitors with its particular and reserved coves, which peek out from the wildest nature.

The house is located in the heart of the historic center, so all the primary services as well as all the dining facilities are conveniently and within walking distance, suitable for all budgets and tastes! We always recommend booking, especially in the summer season and in the months of July and August. It is our custom to recommend to our guests some particular structures with which we have established a partnership over the years and with which we will be sure they will enjoy positive experiences! We are available to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible!
