We offer our guests the feeling of being at home; we offer owners complete transparency and the peace of mind of knowing their home is in passionate and professional hands.

Property info

LatteMiele is a bright apartment on the second floor with lift in the heart of Predazzo, a stone's throw from everything. Two welcoming bedrooms, living room with comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchenette and three private balconies to enjoy the mountain air. A functional bathroom completes the spaces designed for relaxation and conviviality. Private parking space under the house included.

Neighborhood info

Located in the historic center of the village, it is close to many essential services such as supermarkets, bakeries, shops, and restaurants. The Latemar 2200 ski lifts are a 2-minute drive away.
