Le Marmotte is not a big flat, but it is cozy. It is situated in a quiet area but at the same time in the town centre near all facilities: supermarket, bakery, butcher’s shop, bar etc. and Lake Santa Caterina, where children can play and adults relax, go for walks or practice sport. The apartment has been recently renovated. There are two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with bunk beds) where four people can be hosted and there is the chance to host a fifth person in a reclining armchair in the living room. There is also a large balcony and a very small one. In the flat you will find free bed and bath linen and free wifi plus many facilities: walk-in shower, washing machine, induction cooker, vacuum cleaner, small household appliances, hairdryer, hair straightener, iron and ironing board, clothes drying racks and lines, basic detergents, games, books, tourist leaflets and more. There is free parking and the chance to leave some mountain equipment in a cellar on the ground floor. From the living room you can have lovely views of Mount Agudo at sunset or shrouded in clouds.

My husband and I love travelling, nature and getting in touch with new people and different cultures so we are always happy to welcome people in our mountain flat.
