Our ‘Literary and Musical Apartments – Art & Design’, measuring approximately 60 square metres, have recently been completely refurbished in a style that deliberately respects and enhances the building’s historic character, reviving its spirit whilst innovating its liveability. Our one-bedroom flats are situated within a historic building in the heart of Grosseto’s historic centre, on the first floor (no lift) and on the ground floor The apartments are laid out as follows: a living area with a kitchenette equipped with all modern conveniences, a TV area with a table and chairs, a king-size sofa bed, a utility room containing a washer-dryer, an ironing board and an iron, a beautiful bedroom with a flat-screen TV, a walk-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with a rain shower, a toilet, a bidet and a professional hairdryer. The flat is equipped with: an external CCTV camera at the entrance, a security door, an electric kettle and a coffee machine (MOKA), high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine and two flat-screen smart TVs. The accommodation is very quiet and bright, with a view over the literary garden of Grosseto’s municipal library.
