APARTMENT INFO: the Panoramic apartment in Andalo, is located in a building of only 5 independent units built in 2019. It is in a very quiet and sunny area and really close to the town centre. Underfloor heating, large wooden windows with triple glazing and enhanced thermal insulation make the Panoramic apartment very light, warm in winter and cool in summer. The custom-made oak furniture has been designed and taken care for to the smallest detail to make the house elegant, welcoming and equipped with all comforts. Our original wall lights reproducing the shapes of the mountain tops that surround the town of Andalo have been designed and created by our artisan friends. Internet available via Fiber optics. The Panoramic luxury apartment offers free private covered parking: we also provide a free Card "Dolomiti Paganella Guest", valid for all components and for the entire duration of the stay. You can also visit museums, castles, attractions for free and enjoy discounts on many many activities.
ABOUT THE HOST: I'm Gianmatteo, and I've been passionate about the mountains for almost always. This thanks to my dad Giovanni who passed on this passion to me as a child. I have been going to Andalo in both winter and summer since 1980. Over the years, I have seen this beautiful place evolve in an exciting way to become a prime vacation spot. Unfortunately, my working and family life does not allow me to enjoy the beauties of Andalo as I would like, but as soon as I can I run to "take refuge" in this splendid and renowned location. I chose and furnished the Panoramic apartment, to "always feel at home" with all the possible comforts for an extraordinary holiday dedicated to hospitality, relaxation and comfort. Lifts very close and being able to get home with skis on your feet are priceless. What I like best: convenience and comfort, a welcoming and familiar environment, and a breathtaking view of the Dolomites.
NEIGHBOURHOOD INFO: the apartment is located in a strategic area of Andalo in an old area: Maso Melchiori. The main ski lifts to Paganella are 150 meters away. The two ski school camps Rindole and Laghet are easily reachable on foot in 3 minutes. Without using a car or bus, you have direct access to the ski slopes (at around 50 mt) and the mountain where you can start your activities such as hiking, mountain biking and skiing. Free parking spaces are available on site. Alternatively, the Panoramic luxury apartment offers covered, private and free parking at 250 mt. Within 300 meters there are several restaurants, bars, shops, bus / shuttle stops, ski rental, bike rental, Conad City supermarket and Skipass sales.
