I (Alessandro) and Sabrina, architect and interior designer, we personally took care of the renovation of the entire historic family home, built by the great-grandparents. We have maintained the historical structure with interventions aimed at the reception in the care of the interior, to provide the maximum comfort and functionality of the house for short but also long stays. We often stay in the apartment with our children to enjoy the tranquility, the beauty of nature and the beautiful landscape of Lake Como.

An elegant and spacious apartment completely renovated with independent entrance, perfect for trips as a couple or family, where everyone can enjoy their own space thanks to the large rooms all overlooking the beautiful panorama of Lake Como. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for meals, with a private balcony, perfect for breakfasts or aperitifs with views; a spacious living room with TV and large double sofa bed to enjoy the tranquility of the area, read a book or watch a movie streaming; the design bathroom with precious finishes and finishes, a large walk-in shower in stone overlooking the lake adjacent to the large solarium balcony. The master bedroom with bed and walk-in closet.

Neighborhood info

The house is located in the hamlet of Rovenna a small village 10 minutes drive from the lake shore and 15 minutes from the city of Como in a quiet and panoramic location.
