With three spacious double bedrooms, this space is perfect for groups or families looking for a central base in Como. The well-equipped kitchen and large open space with sitting area will allow you to prepare delicious meals and share special moments. Two modern bathrooms ensure that everyone has their own space and comfort. Air conditioning and heating ensure a pleasant stay in any season. In addition, Appartamento Rossini is an ideal base for exploring Como on foot. With all major attractions and amenities nearby, you can fully experience the energy of this fascinating city. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
