The bedrooms are spacious and cozy, tastefully decorated and equipped with modern amenities. The bathroom is impeccable, with an invigorating shower. The living room is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring and offers a panoramic view of the condominium garden, where you can enjoy some peace and quiet. The balcony is a small plus for enjoying an outdoor space. IMPORTANT = We inform you that in this period, there is scaffolding and work is underway on the façade of the building. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
