The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with a bunk bed, a practical solution ideal for accommodating up to 4 guests. The property is completed by a modern bathroom with a shower box (no bidet). Outside, a private parking space is available, a valuable advantage for those staying in Procchio during the high season. Thanks to its strategic location, recent renovation, and proximity to the sea, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring Elba Island and enjoying a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Important Note: The apartment is a practical and functional solution, suitable for a maximum of 4 guests. It is not permitted to exceed the maximum occupancy.
