Property info

This lovely apartment is located in the historic center of the characteristic town of Predazzo, in the heart of the Fiemme valley, a two-minute drive from the ski lifts. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with an independent entrance, located under a lovely porch and consists of two bedrooms, living room with large corner sofa and double sofa bed, TV, wifi, large kitchen area (habitable), bathroom and private parking space. You will be pleasantly surprised!!!

Neighborhood info

Predazzo is located halfway between the Fiemme and Fassa valleys, making it particularly convenient for reaching almost all of the attractions in both valleys. The Predazzo ski lifts, which also connect to Pampeago and Obereggen, are nearby. The Bellamonte, Lusia, and Cermis ski lifts are a little further away, while the Fassa Valley, home to the world-famous Sellaronda ski circuit, is just a twenty-minute drive away. Supermarkets, shops, bars, pubs, and several ski bus stops are also nearby, all within easy walking distance.
