The three 45 m² holiday apartments in Ratschings each accommodate up to 4 guests and offer 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom per unit. Each apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, moka pot, heating in all rooms, and a private balcony. Families benefit from baby cots, high chairs, shared toys and children’s books, as well as a playroom. Additional amenities include self check-in, ski storage, breakfast basket or bread delivery service available for an extra charge, regional herbs, and homemade jam. Relax on your balcony and enjoy the peaceful mountain landscape at 1,350 meters above sea level. You have access to 3 shared parking spaces at the house, a nearby bus stop, and an EV charging station. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. On arrival, you will receive wool socks to protect the untreated wooden floors. The entrance and courtyard are under continuous video surveillance.
