Top and second floor, with private parking, the Baja Ostina Penthouse has everything you need to eat out and enjoy your holiday watching an unforgettable sunset over the sea. The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds. Two bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, outdoor shower, barbecue. Attico Baja Ostina has air conditioning, laundry room, dishwasher, washing machine, and TV in the lounge. Private parking space. It is one of the best solutions for those who need to stay on vacation while looking at the incredible sea view. It is close to the center of Castelsardo (1 km) and the beach of Baja Ostina (1 km). You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If you do not receive the contract on time, you should contact the managing agency on the number provided on the booking confirmation. In case of damage done by an animal the amount of the damage will be assessed based on repair price. Check-in time is between 16:00 and 21:00. And that will be subject to an appointment being made with the receptionist. PET FRIENDLY 50,00 Eur Per stay (upon request). CRIB available for EUR 30.00 on request.
