Avenue Suites is a guesthouse located in the heart of Bologna, just a few minutes from the train station and the main attractions. We offer elegant suites, designed for an exclusive and comfortable stay. Each suite is furnished with fine materials and attention to detail, in an elegant and welcoming style. The modern and refined private bathrooms complete each rooms. Please note as we are not a hotel, some typical hotel services, in particular: a reception, a luggage storage on site and daily housekeeping services are not provided. However we can recommend a very affordable luggage storage nearby. To access our facility, you must complete the online check-in via a link shared in advance. During this procedure, you will be asked to: upload a photo of your documents (ID card for European guests or passport for non-EU guests) and pay the tourist tax on the same platform. Once you have completed the check-in online, you will receive the code to access your room. Thank you for your cooperation and enjoy your stay!
