B&B Casa Vallona is a farmhouse, located in a seventeenth-century Bolognese Appenine village. Exposed stones with shells and fossils, ancient oak beams, cauldrons on the fireplace, old furnishing and craftsmanship with natural materials such as hemp, wood, terracotta and wrought iron characterize the place. We produce honey, wine, cereals, fruit and herbs. The B&B is a retreat with breathtaking views of the forests, hills and vineyards where you can find a slow pace and take a relaxing break. Traditional breakfast included. We have also a farm restaurant when old recipes meet the simple and charming style of a country house where time has stopped. Every weekend a seasonal menu is created, with a starter, main course, side dish, dessert and coffee. We also offer aperitivi, outdoor picnics, wine tastings and events.

I'm a dreamer and this farmhouse is the realization of my passion for good food, nature and freedom!

A lot of small villages with castles and abbeys, many museums about food in the surroundings: balsamic vinegar of Modena, Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma etc. Outstanding views and trekking activities to do in the beautiful Appennines. 25 Km from Bologna, an amazing city, cultural life and nightlife place.
