Civico 7 smells like home and nature: surrounded by a blooming garden, together with its simple and elegant rooms, Civico 7 represents an out of the ordinary place to rest. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, desk, Wi-Fi connection, wardrobe, private bathroom with shower, hair-dryer, towels and free toiletries. Civico 7 offers two locked garages, plus a large parking area in the courtyard, alarm system both inside and outside. Italian buffet breakfast includes fresh bread and hams, biscuits, fresh fruits produced by the beloved farm of Enrico, yogurt, cereals, home-made cakes (Cristina will be happy to offer her guests also salty or gluten-free breakfast upon request). During summer period, breakfast is served outdoor under a shelter nearby the garden.
