The structure has umbrellas and sunbeds in one of the most beautiful and central chalets in the city. All rooms have double beds and en suite bathrooms, two of which have a smoking balcony and drying room. They are all equipped with air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV and cable TV, mini-bar, Wi-Fi, safe, hairdryer, desk and chest of drawers and card access. The very large family suite can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child, having two connecting rooms and two King Size double beds which can be joined by an additional single bed. The living room, kitchen with fridge and oven, laundry area (washing machine) and a large furnished terrace, with exclusive access, complete the features of this Family Suite. Porto Sant'Elpidio is a town of around 26,000 inhabitants which extends along the Adriatic coast for around 7km, with a very beautiful and equally long seafront, joined to the north with Civitanova Marche, and to the south with Lido di Fermo and Porto San Giorgio. Perched on the famous Marche hills, there are many beautiful and numerous inland municipalities to visit. To the north, about 30 minutes by car, we find the coast of Monte Conero, with splendid places such as Numana Sirolo and Ancona itself, the regional capital, Recanati, a place famous for Giacomo Leopardi and Beniamino Gigli, Loreto equally known for its important Basilica, and to the south beautiful and characteristic places such as Grottammare, San Benedetto del Tronto or Ascoli Piceno with its "Living Square". Just over 10 minutes away by car, it is possible to visit the provincial capital, Fermo with a magnificent square and the cathedral located at the highest point of the city where it is possible to see a vast panorama. Other important places to visit are the ancient Roman cisterns from 40 AD. and the Sala del Mappamondo, a civic library that boasts 3 centuries of history. Also about 30 minutes away by car, it is worth visiting another city, Macerata, located at 311 meters above sea level, an elegant city which offers numerous events on summer evenings, first of all the Macerata Opera Festival, which takes place at the inside the Sferisterio, the second Arena in Italy after Verona, which has amazing acoustics, and is a magical place to see the main Operas.

The B&B Fontanella 32 is located exactly in the center of the city, it is easy to park and you can reach the sea in 5 minutes, it is 50 meters from the Town Hall, 100 meters from Piazza Garibaldi the main square, and about 70 meters from the railway station. It is located in the street of the same name, in a quiet, tree-lined residential area, but within walking distance there are shops and clubs in the centre. To get there by car, the A14 Porto Sant'Elpidio exit is about 2.5 km away. Ancona international airport is approximately 65 km away. from the structure, upon request we provide transport service to and from the airport. The seafront of about 7 km. it offers a relaxing walk, among meadows and pine forest, and a long cycle path that easily connects the neighboring coasts.
