Company info

I am an architect, I live between Civitanova and Rome. I have lived in Siena for ten years and moved a lot for work. Civitanova is the town of my grandparents and my mother, when I'm here I feel good for being near to the sea, and I am very happy to know the local culture of my origins.

Property info

The house is a semi-detached house built in 1930 and restored with care for details. At the ground floor you can find the living room with a double-sided fireplace and a kitchen overlooking the rear garden. From the street the entrance is through the front garden, with the old and big Wisteria climbing over all the facade. On the first floor there are the two main bedrooms; one has a view of the rear garden and an ensuite bathroom with a double jacuzzi, the other room can be for families or groups and can be matched with an additional room, with a private bathroom in front of the room.

Neighborhood info

Here around you can easily find every facility and activity, like pharmacy, grocery, market, pizza, a good fish take away, a good bakery, spa. You can walk to the city center or to the sea. But we suggest you to explore the hills, small villages, and to visit all the region by car. We will be happy to help you to have a good experience!
