We would like to warmly welcome you to stay with us in our beautiful and peaceful surroundings, featuring a 1.3-hectare estate with a large olive grove and a cozy terrace. There are several seating areas where you can read a book or retreat to enjoy the serene tranquility, nature, and the stunning views. Despite the secluded location, the village (1.3 km away) offers a gas station, supermarket, pharmacy, post office, and several other shops. The rooms and the other areas of the house each have their own warm atmosphere.
We are Ruud and Saskia from the Netherlands, and in June 2023 we were able to fulfill our long-cherished dream. We love traveling and have already visited many countries. After spending many holidays and road trips in Italy, we found our home here! In a small village near the centuries-old town of Cingoli, also known as the “balcony of Le Marche.” From here you have panoramic views between the mountains (Apennines) in the west and the Adriatic Sea with its velvety sandy beaches and the rocky cliffs of Monte Conero in the east. We are both hard-working people, but also true lovers of life – that is exactly why we have found the perfect place in beautiful Italy!
B&B La Vera Vita is located among rolling hills, with the mountains, the sea, and Lake Cingoli all within easy reach. The atmosphere in Cingoli and its surroundings is still authentic; here you are not overwhelmed by tourists, and prices in restaurants and supermarkets are still affordable. With its authentic walled Italian villages and towns, where in narrow streets and on centuries-old squares you can enjoy all the delights Italy has to offer at a reasonable price! Italians are proud and place great value on their culture and traditions; they make as much use as possible of their local products such as grapes, olives, grains, sunflowers, etc.
The local community organizes many festivals to celebrate these harvests, because in Italy they celebrate “The Real Life” or “La Vera Vita”!
