The B&B offers three bedrooms with private bathrooms, all with garden view and the possibility of access to a large terrace connected to the outer courtyard. On the ground floor are a laundry room, breakfast room and a common area where take place a table specifically to give guests the opportunity to work quietly with their computer. The yard is very spacious making it possible for guests to easily park their cars, if you want even indoors. Pets in the room at no extra charge. In front of the house a large paddock offers overnight accommodation for up to six horses (hay included), but currently without shelter. This service is not included in the room rate.

My name is Leonardo Medesani . I studied computer science , but my passions are cinema and photography . In the past I dabbled in almost all sports , but I chose the riding for close contact with the horse ; animal I have known since childhood , because never missed in this house . The B&B is located in Passerano Marmorito, halfway between Asti and Turin, in the middle of the green lung of Monferrato. The area lends itself to numerous walking, mountain biking and horseback riding; from the hotel you can reach all the neighboring towns almost without touching the asphalt. Historically interesting is the Vezzolano abbey in Albugnano; village that is 7km of scenic road from the B&B. You can also visit other Romanesque churches along a route of Romanesque. A 5 km away is the Colle Don Bosco with its imposing sanctuary and the house of St. Giovanni Bosco. All the other countries of the north of Asti, however, have something to say. In our town you can also see a variety of animals from around the world at the "Cascina Ronsisa" Animal Park. For gourmets, the area is full of restaurants where you can taste the delicacies of Piedmont. In summer, thanks to the Pro Loco, not a week goes by without a local festival that enlivens villages for a few days. This area is to be discovered: it also offers a chance to observe outcrops of methane, gypsum and flint mines and prehistoric fossil.
