Room with private bathroom on the Bologna hills! Adjacent to one of the most renowned restaurants of Bologna, the apartment is situated inside the small hamlet of Monte Donato, in the bologna hills, 10 minutes from the historical center. The owners live in the house along with a dog and a cat. The room can host up to four people and it's provided with two single beds, one double bed and a private en suite bathroom. A large window overlooking the internal courtyard of the village. The bus line 51, is located in the square in front of the house. A perfect place to relax after a day exploring our beautiful city. Starting directly from the house you can make beautiful walks on foot thanks to its proximity to the Park Monte Donato and Via Siepelunga which leads directly into downtown, or Via Dell'Angelo Custode that connects Monte Donato to other small villages. The area is full of green spaces, the location is great for pleasant walks or visit the hills of Bologna. In the vicinity there are good restaurants typical Bolognese cuisine, pizzeria and golf clubs.

The bus connections are good. There are no parking problems, the area is free, and there is no obligation to pay road. Airport there is a shuttle to the train station. From the station you can take bus 11 or 36 to Via Degli Orti, where you can take the 51 (direction Monte Donato) that will take you all the way home. By taxi, the cost is about 12/15 euro. Guests have exclusive access to the bedroom and en suite bathroom, and the kitchen space will be shared at breakfast. Upon request we can provide packed lunches and picnics (for an additional cost). Smoking is not permitted in the house only on the balcony area.
