Appartamento appena ristrutturato, arredato con tutti mobili nuovi. Presenti TV e Wi-Fi. Parcheggio al seminterrato chiuso a chiave per sole auto di modeste dimensioni.
Raggiungibile a piedi dalla Stazione Ferroviaria in 5 minuti, a 3 minuti da Piazza Rosmini e zona Mercatini di Natale. Nel raggio di poche decine di metri troverete il Supermercato CONAD, l'ufficio APT, la Farmacia Comunale, Ufficio Postale, giornalaio, postazione Bancomat, nolo bici elettriche, panificio, gelaterie, rosticcerie e pizzerie d'asporto
