At the border of Lari, a small medieval village in the middle of the green Tuscan hills, Villa Carlotta offers an enchanting and relaxing stay Ideal for those who want to enjoy a vacation dedicated to art, culture, the discovery of world famous cities and small villages, jewels of the Tuscan countryside Villa Carlotta, built at the end of the 19th century, renovated at the beginning of the 20th century, is an elegant and stately Art Nouveau residence with frescoes and antique furniture, enriched by an impressive terrace where you can enjoy lunch or dinner with unforgettable moments At your disposal is a garden, where you can relax and admire the enchanting landscape The villa is on two floors On the ground floor there is a study area, a bathroom, a spacious living room with sofas, and TV area A large kitchen with dining area. On the first floor there are rooms and bathrooms The outdoor area includes a large terrace accessible from the kitchen and the living room, with dining table and small relax corner Large enclosed garden, various equipped corners, and indoor parking Here you have the comfort of the country and at the same time be immersed in the beautiful Tuscan hills
I was born and raised in Lari, in this house where all the memories of a lifetime are contained! I love nature and for me this little country town is the ideal place to live. The tranquility, the silence and the positive energy that transmits this place makes me feel good. I love animals and I relax doing small manual work and gardening. I think this house has a special atmosphere because it is not the usual rental house, impersonal and cold, but it is my home where I live in winter. I will be happy to welcome you into my world and hope to make you feel at home.
Lari is located in Tuscany, on the hills of Pisa, 135 meters above sea level. Small medieval village! Delightful, quiet, steeped in history and traditions! From the top of its castle, the orange flag of the Touring Club flies. Strategic starting point to reach the most important cities of Art: Pisa (35 km), Florence (70 km), Lucca (45 km), Volterra (40 km), San Gimignano (45 km), Siena (85 km). A few km from the most charming beaches of the Tuscan coast: Castiglioncello, Vada and Forte dei Marmi. At 10 km there is a spa. At 30 minutes away is the "Teatro del Silenzio" where every summer in July there is the famous live concert by Andrea Bocelli. Nearby possibility of horseback riding or cycling, hiking, golf courses and tennis. Near wineries with wine tastings and typical products. In the village there are: restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, artisan ice cream parlour, various grocery stores, pharmacy, gas station, hairdresser, beauty salon.
