- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 2pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.00 am to 10am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Tidying up of accommodation with change of bed linen, each 4 days - Tidying up of accommodation with change of bathroom linen, each 3 days - Tidying up of accommodation without change of linens/towels, for day - Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00, at a nearby contracted bar.. - Shared Pool available all year long. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - Kettle and coffee machine in the common area.
