We are two siblings, Sara graduated in linguistic and cultural mediation and Alessandro, captain of a sailing ship, who takes care of the structure after inheriting the passion from our mother. We aim to best welcome our customers, make them feel at home and make them enjoy a fantastic holiday on our island.

Property info

Villa le Bougianvillwa is a family-run property. Recently renovated with a large garden, relaxation area and a terrace overlooking the town. The name of the structure is due to two large Bougainville that adorn the villa making it unique with its colours.

Neighborhood info

The property is located in a strategic area, 10/15 minutes on foot from the city centre and 15 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of La Maddalena and Caprera (also accessible by bus). It is located in a residential area, equipped with supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Moreover, we offer the possibility to ask information or/and reverse, through us, incredible excursions on the sailing ship!
