Country house immersed in the green of the hill, easy to reach with a short asphalted private road and convenient parking also covered for motorcycles and bicycles. Rooms characterized by a unique decor and attention to detail that offers a warm welcome. Guests can have breakfast in the common room, outdoors in the gazebo in the garden, on the terrace or directly in the room. The gazebo with barbecue and available to guests. Cyclists find support for the definition of routes and possible technical and logistical assistance. Environmental sustainability is a pride of the house equipped with all the tools available today such as. photovoltaic panels, solar thermal panels and heat pumps for domestic water without forgetting the care for the insulation aspects that offers maximum winter and summer comfort -
Guests are friends to welcome and put at ease according to the needs of everyone because my guest must feel at home. I personally take care of all aspects of the house, in particular the garden and in the care of the rooms' facilities. My passion is for the biological and health food that I try to convey to guests in the preparation of breakfast.
The location is close to the center of Serravalle Designer Outlet, you can easily and quickly reach Genoa with its port and the aquarium, the Bolle Blu water park at Borghetto Borbera. Other places of interest are: the archaeological area of Libarna, the fort of Gavi and the castles of the upper Monferrato. For oenological enthusiasts we remember that we find ourselves between the Tortonesi and Gavi Hills.
