The idea of opening Badia Giulia came at the end of the long renovation that involved the building.
Its peculiarity gave rise to the desire to share it with others. What could be better than a B&B to fully enjoy the air you breathe inside the walls of the former Benedictine convent? I like the idea of my guests feeling like they are at a friend's house. And through them to know the places where they come from, whether they come from Italy or abroad. What I like about this job is that, in a way, I can travel while staying at home and I can make Italy and its extraordinary beauty known. The small staff I employ is on the same wavelength as me and eager to welcome our guests in the best possible way. Just like you do with friends. My husband and I share the hobby of dance sport. And it was precisely this passion that took us around Italy and Europe, getting to know wonderful cities and beautiful accommodation facilities. Now it's my turn to host you! See you soon,

The B&B Badia Giulia is located in part of the premises of the ancient monastic complex of the Badia di Camaiore, Tuscany.
In an oasis of peace and complete relaxation, a stone's throw from the center, Badia Giulia offers a large garden and a separate and exclusive area with a 2x2 meter MINI POOL with whirlpool.
All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with desk, safe, minibar, kettle with assortment of herbal teas, private bathroom with shower and bidet, complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion), hairdryer, soft towels and bathrobes.
Some rooms have a sauna and shower with Turkish bath and chromotherapy. The suite built in the old monastic refectory, with original flooring prior to 1200 and fifteenth-century beams, also has a traditional bathtub in the room.
Free WiFi is available throughout the building and in the garden.
The breakfast buffet is continental, with fresh products every day and some preparations are express. Coffee and hot drinks are always available free of charge.
The property is located in Camaiore, in Versilia, and is about 8 km from the sea of Lido di Camaiore, 10 km from Viareggio and Pietrasanta, 16 km from Forte dei Marmi, 32 km from Lucca, 39 from Pisa, 40 from Cinque Terre and 90 km from Florence.

Nestled in a wide basin at the foot of the Apuan Alps, Camaiore is a city of ancient foundation that owes its origins to the Romans. The successive Lombard dominations and the feudal lords of Lucca, who founded its original layout, have given it its current appearance as a medieval town. In the immediate vicinity there are beaches and seaside tourist attractions and at the same time you have the opportunity to make excursions to the surrounding hills and mountains. For their holidays, tourists choose Camaiore for the beauty of its hilly landscapes, its proximity to beaches and cities of art with the possibility of returning, at the end of the day, to a place that is not affected by the crowding of the most popular tourist resorts. Given the proximity of the sea and the proximity of the hills, Camaiore also offers a rich food and wine choice with a good number of places such as wine bars and restaurants.
