The beach-front apartments are part of a big villa that has 7 private owned apartments. In addition to the private terraces with sea view and garden view, there is a large well-kept communal garden with 2 outside showers, a large dining table for enjoying meals in the garden, and there is also a stone oven for making authentic Italian pizza. Large well-maintained lawn where you can relax, sunbathe or play, and from the garden there is direct access to the lovely beach. The apartment G got renovated in April 2023, and got a new bathroom in May 2025. Apartment K got completely renovated in June 2025. Both apartments have their own private parking, with shade.

Dear guest/s I am very happy to welcome you to my beach apartments in Porto Istana :) This area is my neighbourhood - I live only a five minute walk from these apartments together with my husband and our 2 children :) I have put a lot of love into making these two apartments as nice as possible for my guests, and I really hope you will have a memorable and beautiful stay, and will do my best to make your holiday as smooth as possible!

Quiet area which mainly consists of privately owned villas and holiday homes. Safe and calm, and beautiful nature. Beach just in front of the garden, and there are several charming smaller beaches right and left from this one, and if you walk along the coastline for about 5-7 minutes, you can reach the amazing Porto Istana beach where sun loungers and parasols can be rented, and where some beach bars are open throughout the summer season. The famous "Spiaggia del Dottere" (Doctor`s beach) is ca 15 min walk from the apartment. Ca 2,5 km away there is a small center where you will find a grocery, bakery, fruit store, pharmacy, ice-cream store (the best in Olbia!!), some bars and restaurants (typical Italian/Sardinian dishes, pizza and sushi).
