This cozy and spacious home is located in Compet, in the municipality of Vignola-Falesina, at about 1,500 m a.s.l. Surrounded by beautiful nature, it is ideal for those seeking peace and mountain life. Perfect for large families or friends groups, it offers 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one with bunk beds), 2 bathrooms, and a large open-space living area in typical alpine style with an electric fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and everything needed for cooking, plus a convenient pantry with fridge. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Outside, there is a spacious garden with a beautiful ash tree at its center, from which the chalet takes its name. The garden features a large table under a gazebo and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining. Two parking spaces are available on the property, which is fully private and secure with a gate and fence. The property also includes an elegant handcrafted wooden annex with a private spa: hot tub, sauna, loungers, and relaxation chairs, perfect for unwinding after a day in nature. The property gladly welcomes four-legged friends. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for extra final cleaning.

In the heart of the Valsugana, among the forests and mountains of Trentino, lies a fascinating area that connects Vignola Falesina, Vetriolo Terme, Levico Terme, and the locality of Compet. Compet is located at about 1,500 meters a.s.l., on the slopes of the Lagorai mountain range, and is a perfect starting point for excursions and panoramic views over the valley. In the proximity of the house you can visit the interesting Forte Busa Grande, a historic Austro-Hungarian fortification built to defend the Valsugana. Nearby you can also find the "Lupa del Lagorai," a sculpture created from fragments of trees felled by Storm Vaia. This area is ideal for those seeking tranquility, nature, and wellness: small alpine villages like Vignola Falesina alternate with forest locations such as Vetriolo, famous for its high-altitude thermal baths, while Levico Terme is the main center, elegant and lively, overlooking its lake and surrounded by a large historic park. Here you can enjoy activities in every season: hiking and trekking in the Lagorai range, cycling along the Valsugana, relaxing by the lake and at the spa, or winter sports and snowshoeing on the Panarotta 2002 plateau.
