The cozy b&b is situated at the first floor of a 15th Century building belonging to the Megalucci Counts, an aristocrat family from Toscany. The name "dai Toscans" comes from Friulano Language and it is directly connected to this family. The building overlooks the main street, straight into the heart of Cividale del Friuli. The picturesque small town is an historic place as well as World Heritage Site since 2011.

I have been working as interior designer for my family business and I restored the b&b by my self. I am a traveller and I like motorbiking around, discovering always new places. During my spare time I am interested in photography and open-air activities such as trekking, biking and motorcycling. All activities which have helped me to get to know my area better. So, if you like, it will be a pleasure for me create a personal itinerary just for you.

Cividale has been considering World Heritage Site since 2011. It is a beautiful town, which streets will lead you to discovery the ancient rural village and you will bring back the time, straight into the Middle Ages. Two major events take place every year: "La messa dello Spadone", on January 6th, and "Il Palio di San Donato" in late August. Every fourth Sunday of the month you can attend to "Baule del Diavolo", flea market, which attracts people from Austria and Slovenia. Several cultural, sporting and culinary events are organized over the year. You can also visit the most important cultural sites such as the Christian Museum, the Longobard one, the Duomo, the Devil's Bridge, the Longobard Temple with the cloister of Santa Maria in Valle and the Celtic Hypogeum.
