B&B Corticella 24 is a large apartment renovated in March 2017 with all the new facilities and according to law. The B&B is located on the first floor of an apartment building without elevator. The rooms have their own private bathroom and air conditioning. Breakfast and room cleaning are included in the price. All payments are made through Booking, except the tourist tax that must be paid in cash at the property upon your arrival here. Thank you

My name is Biagio Buonocore, I'm the owner and manager of B & B Corticella 24. I want to point out that I live in the same structure as the B & B, I have a part of the guest house for the bed and breakfast, and another part of the house reserved for myself.

The B & B's access is located on a main street in the city of Bologna, always illuminated h24. The area is safe is multi ethnic, well served by public transport and shops of all kinds. A short walk from the property is the well-stocked PAM supermarket open every day.
